Carla recently joined the My Body Clinic team bringing with her a compassionate and thoughtful approach to her work as a Myotherapist.
With over three years of experience in the allied health space Carla’s journey began with a deep interest in the nervous system and trauma-informed care, which inspired her to explore how the body holds and processes stress. This curiosity led her to become a remedial massage therapist, and eventually to further her studies in Myotherapy.
Carla is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies, reduce pain, and move with greater ease. She believes in treating the person as a whole and creates a safe, supportive space for healing and recovery
When Carla isn’t treating you can find her engrossed in a good horror book or tending to her veggie garden (at least trying to!).
