Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for hair loss.
Losing your hair can be very frightening and frustrating process – especially for younger patients.
Hair loss can be caused by many different factors such as genetics, hormonal changes, nutrient deficiency, illness and stress.
PRP hair regrowth treatment is a medical procedure that uses platelets from your own blood that contain growth factors to help repair, strengthen and support the failing hair follicles so they can grow healthier, stronger hair.
Three sessions, four weeks apart are recommended.
Depending on the severity of hair loss, more sessions may be required but this will be assessed after the third session.
Results can be seen after three to six months and will depend on:
– Patient age
– Time since first hair loss
– Severity of hair loss
– Overall health
All medical procedures carry risk and PRP is no different. The risks of this treatment include, but are not limited to, bleeding, bruising, swelling and infection.

All treatment deposits reflect the time that is needed of that specific treatment. The longer the appointment time, the larger the deposit that is required to secure it. If you would like to know the specific costs it is reflective the booking system under each individual service.
All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid 48 hours prior to your appointment. If the deposti is not paid before this timeframe, you risk the appointment being cancelled. For example, if another client requests your appointment time and they can pay the deposit, they will. be given priority.
48 Hours notice must be provided in order to reschedule or cancel your appointment and maintain your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours you will forfeit your deposit.
Under extenuating circumstances, such as someone you are a carer for is sick, the deposit can remain on file as a credit if a medical certificate is provided.
