At My Body Clinic, I do chiropractic a little differently.
It’s not all about adjustments and “cracking” joints. While adjustments can be an important part of what I do, they’re just one tool in the toolbox.
My approach to chiropractic care is centred around individualised treatment, because every person, injury and presentation is different. Depending on what you need, treatment may include spinal and joint adjustments, mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping, ultrasound, shockwave therapy, low-force techniques and rehabilitation.
The aim isn’t simply to adjust you and send you on your way. It’s about understanding what may be contributing to your pain or movement limitations, addressing the areas that need attention and building your capacity through targeted treatment and rehabilitation.
Ultimately, I want to help keep you moving.
Whether that means getting back to sport, returning to the gym, running with more confidence, managing the demands of a physical job or simply moving more comfortably day to day, your treatment should support you in doing the things that matter to you.
Because treatment shouldn’t only be about how you feel when you walk out the door. It should help you move with greater confidence, better understand your body and keep doing what you love.
