DVA Treatment at My Body Clinic
My Body Clinic welcomes eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients for:
- Osteopathy
- Chiropractic Care
Our osteopaths and chiropractors provide personalised care tailored to your individual needs, with treatment focused on your movement, function and health goals.
Before Your First Appointment
To access DVA-funded treatment at My Body Clinic, you will need a current referral for Osteopathy or Chiropractic Care.
Before attending your first appointment, please contact the clinic and provide:
- Your DVA Veteran Card details
- A current referral from your GP, medical specialist or hospital discharge provider
- Any relevant reports, imaging or supporting medical documentation
Your referral must be valid and provided to the clinic prior to your first appointment.
Under the current DVA Allied Health Treatment Cycle, a referral is valid for up to 12 treatment sessions or 12 months from the referral date, whichever comes first.
If further treatment is required after your treatment cycle, your usual GP can provide a new referral where clinically appropriate.
DVA Fees
Is There a Gap Fee?
No. Eligible DVA-funded Osteopathy and Chiropractic consultations at My Body Clinic are gap free.
We accept eligible DVA Veteran Cards as full payment for approved services, meaning there is no out-of-pocket gap fee for your DVA-funded treatment.
